Refund & Returns Policy
If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you in full — including delivery charges.
To request a return: call or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will arrange pickup. Items must be unused beyond initial testing and in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds for bKash/Nagad/Rocket payments are sent back to the sending wallet within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
Warranty servicing (motor, parts) is handled separately under the warranty period listed on each product page.
